Hollie originally started her career in the Entertainment industry working in management and production performance.
The methods, training and mentality of a performer greatly benefits her current role as a Customer Experience Leader for a leading Telecoms distributor.
The marriage of performance methods and CX strategy and solutions are linked closely. Hollie creates relationships with clients and offers guidance and solutions using techniques acquired in over 12 years of working in the entertainment industry.
In total, Hollie has spent over 17 years in different industries working in customer support, engagement and experience roles. Award winning and internationally respected, it's time for her to put to use the multitude of training and engagement and pass on her experience.
Now working in the IT & Telecoms industry, Hollie has drawn on her experience from the world of entertainment to build relationships and whilst holding the 6 pillars of CX at their heart.
Hollie has a proven track record in creating bespoke customer solutions, training plans, process and change management.
As a result she is able to provide guidance and support for your business and to get your CX standing out from the crowd.
